Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The Site is operated under the Vanor brand. Vanor is a trade name operated by Lucas Weiss Brito, an individual entrepreneur based in Brazil. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Vanor" mean the operator. References to "you" mean any visitor to the Site.

2. What this Site is

The Site is an informational and marketing website for the Vanor service. The Site itself does not sell products, host user accounts, or process payments. Booking a discovery call redirects you to a third-party scheduling tool. Any commercial relationship with Vanor is governed by a separate written agreement and is not formed by your use of the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and to not:

• access the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• scrape, mirror, or systematically download Site content other than as a normal user, or as expressly permitted by these Terms;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site;
• use the Site to transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, brand marks, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vanor and is protected by Brazilian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and read the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted by your use of the Site. Use of Vanor's name, logos, or brand marks for any commercial purpose requires our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to or redirects you to third-party services (for example, the scheduling tool used to book a call). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Brazilian consumer-protection law where it applies).

Liability arising from any commercial engagement with Vanor is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement entered into for that engagement, not by these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Brazil.

10. Language

These Terms are made available in English and Portuguese. The English version is the controlling version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions, the English version prevails.
